When two leading sight-loss charities recently merged a new brand was born. I was honoured to be the first external designer to grab their new brand toolkit and produce their flagship publication – their annual impact report..

Fight for Sight's 2024 Impact Report had four main objectives:

  • Showcase the organisation's achievements over the previous 12 months

  • Showcase the new branding with strong emphasis on graphic styling and bold new colours.

  • Optimise the layout, contrast, fonts and export tags for readers with impaired vision or using screen-reading technology.

  • Optimise for both print and digital publishing.

  • Showcase the organisation's incredible achievements as a leading mental health champion

  • Showcase the new branding with strong emphasis on graphic styling and bold new colours.

  • Optimise the layout, contrast, fonts and export tags for readers with impaired vision or using screen-reading technology.

Testimonial

"I have been working with Sally and Fiona for going on two years now engaging them as an external freelancer team to help Brooke develop and deliver our twice a year HoofPrint magazine to our warm supporters. Working with Sally and Fiona has been very stress free throughout the campaigns. If we needed to move a deadline or adjust the work calendar for some reason, they were able to adjust and move things while still keeping us on track for mailing dates.

With their experience and knowledge of the Charity Sector - and newsletters in particular - they became part of our Brooke team as they gave thoughts and ideas that we had not taken into consideration thus bringing new ideas into our product.

Sally and Fiona came to my attention through a recommendation by two of my colleagues, I have no hesitation to recommend Sally and Fiona to any charity that is looking for a professional external team that delivers on time and within budget."
